Hi guys & gals.

I noticed that some cars from the Rick & Adri's profile (and I assume, also from the Rick's one but I didn't check) have not full-power upgrades.
Since verifying parts car by car is time consuming and probably boring, I made a list of which maximum-performance parts are missing from which car.
Hope this can help somebody.

I deliberately left out transmission types, spoilers and tires because I don't think there's a "better" choice for these:
any track could require different transmission type, spoiler and tires.

With that said, there're many cars which mount just the high-speed gearbox, and all cars have just slicks.

I was also thinking, we could update the Rick & Adri's profile for the new version of IPL, so that anybody installing it already gets the most powerful parts on all available cars.
What's your opinion?

Thanks for reading, bye bye Very Happy

These missing parts are specific to this profile. Rick's profile has all the parts.

I would suggest Adri would need to update the parts as he created this version of the profile, unless he otherwise gives us permission.

thx for the list, nice work..
It is always delikate to change out something other people have worked hard to make. Have to be carefull not to step on anyones toe.
But yes i agree,,, it is kind of made done when cars or parts are missing.

is it the fact they are not unlocked, or the profile doesn't have the money to buy them?

I dont think so it is money issue. I think reason is some engines upgrades specially for 356s make cars slower...

I only had a quick glance over the list during my lunch break yesterday, but now I've looked again Bart is absolutely right. I can't remember which cars exactly, but some of those upgrades aren't required. However, any of the other types of parts missing are definitely required.

@Lix: parts are not locked, they're available for buying.

I can't remember if the profile has initially the amount of money required to buy all these.
When I changed name inside of the .sav file I also took the opportunity to add some cash Twisted Evil Very Happy

@Nath... If engine upgrades aren't needed so why would the -->Rick's<-- profile have all of them?

Rick's garage only has the engine upgrades that improve the car performance - I've checked this previously.
